How to Register for Badgerland Council (GSWIBC)-Sponsored Programs:
Option 1 Paper Registration:
Use the form provided in the Fall PathFinder or download it from www.gsbadgerland.org. Complete the form and mail it to the Program Registrar at 2710 Quarry Rd., La Crosse, WI 54601 with full program payment .
Option 2 Online Registration:
Step 1: Log onto www.gsbadgerland.org
Step 2: Click on the E-Biz link at the top of the page.
Step 3: Log into your daughter’s account or activate your daughter’s account by using her first name, last name, and e-mail address that was put on her Girl Scout Membership Form. Directions for account activation are listed on the E-Biz site.
Step 4: Click on the Program Activities & Events link to find the event for which you would like to register.
How to Search & Register for Program Partner-Sponsored Programs:
If you know the date of the program: Go to www.gsbadgerland.org and search the Council Calendar available
right on the front page. Click on the event and follow the registration information in the program summary.
If you do not know the date of the program: Go to www.gsbadgerland.org and click on the E-Biz link at the top
of the page. Use the menu at the left and click on “All Program Events.” On this page click “All Program Partner Events”
on the left hand menu. Click on the event and follow the registration information in the program summary.
Badgerland Bucks can be redeemed for a GSWIBC-sponsored program by submitting your Badgerland Bucks
with the registration form. To redeem for a partner or Membership Area program where GSWIBC does not
handle the registration, submit the Badgerland Bucks with a receipt of payment after the date of the event for
reimbursement. Receipts can be submitted to: GSWIBC, Attn: Product Sales, 2710 Ski Lane, Madison, WI 53713.
Financial Assistance is available for attending GSWIBC-sponsored program opportunities. To download the
form go to www.gsbadgerland.org, click on “For Volunteers” then “Forms and Publications.” You can also request
a form by contacting the Program Registrar.

Cancellations/Refunds
GSWIBC reserves the right to alter or cancel council-sponsored programs due to weather conditions, safety concerns, staff constraints, or low registration. In the event of bad weather resulting in the cancellation of a program, every attempt will be made to contact those who are registered for the program. Please make sure to provide accurate contact information when registering for an event to help staff contact you in the event of a cancellation. Refunds are only given if written cancellations are received prior to the printed registration deadline. Full refunds are issued after the printed deadline for council programs only if: 1) The program is full; 2) The program is cancelled by GSWIBC; or 3) Serious illness or death in the family (for serious illness, a doctor’s written note is required within one week after the program
